The T.W. Wood Gallery in the Center for Arts & Learning at 46 Barre St in Montpelier has two, second floor meeting and classroom spaces available for  rent or you can rent the full Gallery! Available for meetings, parties, classes and more! The space includes local art exhibits, access to bathrooms and a roomy kitchen that can accommodate a caterer!
  • The 800 Sq. Ft Contemporary Art and Meeting Room has wifi, a baby grand piano, folding tables and chairs for up to 60 attendees available, natural light, air conditioning (heat of course!) and changing art exhibits.
  • The 800 Sq. Ft Classroom is ideal for art classes with lots of natural light and for children's birthday parties complete with fun art activities! 
  • Full Gallery Rental (4000 Sq. Ft.)
    Enjoy access to the full Gallery including the T.W. Wood and Works Progress Room permanent art collection rooms, the contemporary room and hallway and the art classroom!  

CHILDRENS BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE GALLERY!

Birthday parties at the Gallery are a fun time for everyone involved!
A two hour party includes two different art activities to explore, led by an experienced art educator.
We clean up after the party!
Art activities for children to choose from include (chose 2 :
  1. Architects: Build a building with straws, Popsicle sticks, marshmallows, tooth picks and more!
  2. Up-cycled Art: Trash to Treasures build a 3 D structure with materials from your recycling bin, broken toys and other materials to reuse that we will supply!
  3. Wild Animal Masks: Make a mask of your favorite animal or totem!
  4. Collage Portraits: Bring photos of a friend, pet or family member to make a collage portrait or cut images up from magazines we provide!
  5. Paint a set of mini canvas's (your favorite animals,  food or friends using acrylic paint
  6. Wearable Art – make your own unique art pins!
  7. Origami animals: learn how to fold and make paper animal creations!
  8. Design your own art activity!
Bring Your Own Birthday party treats and cake, drinks and paper goods.
