Art Camps for Kids!

2017 Summer Art Camps

April Vacation Art Camp! Rock, Paper, Scissors

​Camp will be led by three Vermont Artists/Educators: Susan Aranoff (Rocks), Binta Colley (Scissors) and Jen Anthony (Paper).
April 17, 18, 19, 9:00 – 4:00
Kids 7 – 12
Cost: $175
 
Campers will work one day each with each guest artist/teacher to build creations with local rock, paper to make Origami animals and boxes and Scissors to cut a path into the world of paper and collages! Special camp guest, former State geologist Larry Becker will discuss Vermont rock formations.

Pirate Vacation Art Camp
February 27, 28 and March 1, 2017
History, Legends, Art & Skits, Make Your Own Pirate Garb!

T.W. Wood Summer Art Camp programs are designed for kids 7-14. Camps are held on the campus of the VT College of Fine Arts (VCFA) in Montpelier, VT and at Gallery’s 46 Barre St location in Montpelier. Day Campers experience a range of fun and enriching art and movement activities along with time to make new friends.
 
Instructors are professional teachers and artists, all well known within the community. The final day of camp includes a closing performance and exhibit of the campers art work. Register early to reserve your space!
 
The Gallery Summer Art Camps begins with the popular and long running camp at the Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA) Campus, followed by four weeks of Artrageous Camp held on site at the Gallery. Both camps are in Montpelier, VT.
